We just finished our time with the energy of “The Most Productive Thing You Can Do Right Now Might Be to Stop.” The one that looks like doing nothing from the outside, but is the setup for your deepest focus. The five minutes of stillness that makes the three focused hours possible.
Today, we move into something that could not be more different.
Meet “She Knows What’s Worth Fighting For.”
From the outside, this energy can look like someone who just loves to stir things up. Who pushes back for the sake of it. Who pokes the bear and then steps back to watch what happens.
But that’s not the whole story. Not even close.
This is the energy of provocation in service of something real. Of stirring things up, not because conflict feels good, but because sometimes the only way to get to what is true is to disturb what’s comfortable. To poke at what is sitting there, stuck. To ask the question nobody else in the room is willing to ask.
There’s a voice in this energy that says, I love testing people’s spirit just to see how they will react.
That might sound a little edgy.
But here’s what it’s really about.
This energy has a real ability for finding out who someone truly is and what they are truly made of. Not through cruelty. Through provocation that reveals.
This energy is also deeply connected to abundance and passion. One of the ways it copes with stress is through food, eating more or less than usual, and through mood. Always seeking the right conditions, the right feeling, the right moment. And when those conditions aren’t there, things can get a little dramatic.
Sound familiar?
This is moving through all of us right now. But some of us carry it all the time. I have access to this all the time.
If you, like me, have ever been told you’re too much, too intense, too confrontational, or if you’ve ever walked away from a conversation wondering why it went sideways when you were just trying to help, this one is for you.
In our next chat, we meet Miss Cranky Pants. And she is a handful.
I wouldn’t miss it. I hope you don’t!
Find your happy. Love what you do. Make a difference. Come back to me safely. See ya!
