We’re getting to know The Abundance Queen energy in her full glory. We have met Miss Cranky Pants. In this chat, let’s talk about what happens when this energy finds its footing and does what it was designed to do.
One word captures it perfectly. Generosity.
But not the kind of generosity that means giving things away. That is part of it, but it’s not the whole thing. The generosity of The Abundance Queen is about leading in a way that expands what is available for everyone around her, rather than consolidating it at the top.
In everyday life, this looks like the difference between directing and empowering. That distinction matters more than it might seem at first.
Directing says, “Here is what I need you to do.” Empowering says, “Here is what I know, here is what I have, here is what I can share with you, now go do the thing you are capable of doing.” One keeps people dependent. The other builds them up. The Abundance Queen energy in everyday life is always doing the second one. It empowers and fosters independence.
I think about a woman I know who runs a growing business. She has big dreams of starting a charity when her business gets to a certain stage. When she is in this energy, she is remarkable to watch. She knows everyone. She knows what everyone needs. She knows who has what resource and who needs it, and she makes the introduction to connect you before you even finish your sentence. She does not gatekeep what she knows and happily shares what she has access to. She moves it. She circulates it. And the community around her just keeps getting stronger because of it.
That is the “I have” voice in everyday life. Not “I have, therefore I am important. I have, therefore, I can help.”
In everyday life, this also looks like teaching. Sharing what you know. Helping the people around you become more capable and informed. The Abundance Queen understands that her real power is not in being the only one who knows how things work. Her real power is in making sure everyone around her knows how things work, too.
That can feel counterintuitive. Like, if I teach everyone what I know, what do I have left?
But the Abundance Queen knows the answer to that. She always has more. And the more she shares, the more comes back. That is the true energy of abundance.
The question that helps you know you are in the healthy version of this energy is simple.
Am I using what I have to build something bigger than myself? Or am I using what I have to protect my position?
When the answer is the first one, The Abundance Queen is doing exactly what she came here to do.
