The She Remembers Out Loud Energy In Everyday Life

Not every lesson you've lived through is yours to share.

Not every lesson you lived through is yours to share.

The energy of She Remembers Out Loud is a practice that gets richer with time. In everyday life, it’s building space for reflection into the rhythm of your life, instead of waiting for things to slow down on their own. Things don’t slow down. You have to purposefully create that space and time for reflection.

Slowing down in the She Remembers Out Loud energy also looks like trusting that part of the process is learning when to share what you’ve learned. You aren’t meant to hand over every insight the moment it arrives. Some of what you carry needs more time before it’s ready to be offered. And when it’s finally ready, and someone asks the right question at the right moment, that’s this energy doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Sometimes the pause isn’t even about timing. It’s about ownership. When I’m getting ready to share an insight, I sometimes realize it isn’t really my story to tell. I was involved in it, but the true lesson wasn’t mine. That’s part of what I’ve figured out with this energy: to stop and make sure that what I’m sharing is my story, my lesson, not someone else’s.

We all have an “Elder” quality in us. It’s worth embracing this rather than brushing it off. Your experiences have taught you things that a younger version of you didn’t have access to. That accumulated understanding is meant to be shared, at the right moment, with the people who are ready to receive it.

Find your happy. Love what you do. Make a difference. Come back to me safely. See ya!
